RINES WETLANDS & WILDLIFE PRESERVE

This birding-friendly property was acquired in March 2016 from Jackie Ingraham and Linda Berry, to honor their family's love of nature and wildlife. Situated between 25 Mile Stream and Fowler Bog, the Rines Wetlands & Wildlife Preserve creates a 1500-acre corridor of permanently conserved land in Unity. Project support provided by SRLT members, The Nature Conservancy in Maine and the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service.
 

Directions from  93 Main St., Unity, to Rines Wetlands & Wildlife Preserve, Unity, ME:
Head west on Route 139.  The property is located on the south side of the road approx. 2.3 miles west of Main Street.
