Dylan Dillaway is currently an Assistant Professor at Unity College. He joined the faculty in the fall of 2013. Previous professional experience includes Assistant Professor at Louisiana Tech University, School of Forestry, University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension service as Forestry Programs Coordinator, Service Forester and Chief Forester for the Kentucky Division of Forestry, Kentucky River District and Forester for the New York City Parks and Recreation Department. In addition to professional forestry experience, Dylan and his wife own and operate 47 Daisies (www.47daisies.com), a certified naturally grown 50 acre farm in Vassalboro. “Because SRLT believes in working landscapes, my expertise in forest management will be useful in not only managing current properties, but also vetting new property prospects. I believe strongly in conservation of our natural resources. The wise use of forest (and other) resources is essential to productive and healthy ecosystems.”
