About The Event
Take part in an eco-spiritual outing designed to intimately engage the mind and senses with the surrounding forests and beautiful shoreline along Pleasant Lake. Led by Peter Wohl, spiritual director at Treetop Zen Center, Registered Maine Guide and author of Wild Mind, Wild Heart: Discover Your True Self in Nature, we will take our time as we walk to take note of the many natural wonders this woodland has to offer. Please bring water and snacks and dress appropriately for the weather.
